I have had VoIPo as my primary home phone service for a little over three months at this point. They have been solid right from the start. My last VoIP provider came nowhere close to these guys in the customer service department. I currently own my own business, and have been looking into their business VoIP service as well, which I am probably going to jump on since they keep it the same pricing. At $15 dollars a month, I am saving almost $60 each month from my old traditional phone service. I would not hesitate to recommend VoIPo to anyone.
I am so glad I made the switch to VoIP from my old phone company. I am saving a ton of money, and now so mouch more control over my home phone service. I don't miss any important calls now with features like Simultaneous Ring. I have had Phone Power now for almost a year and am about to move into my free second year. I was hesitant to put $200 up front for a new type of service, but am glad I did now.
ViaTalk has been pretty solid since I signed up. There have been some ups and downs, but kind of what I expected from reading other reviews about them. For the price, I can't really argue too much though. I love the features and the control panel. I have recommended ViaTalk to a few friends and they seem to be happy so far too.

I normally don't do company reviews, but I have been so pleased with VoIPo's internet phone service, that I felt I had to finally. I have been with VoIPo for over a year now, and have no problems. I renewed recently, and just love knowing that I am paying about 70% less than what I used to pay with the old local phone company. I get all the features I need at home, and more, at no extra charge. From all of my research, VoIPo took their time building a solid VoIP service...and it shows. From the moment I ordred the service, I have been impressed with everything from their customer service to the online control panel. If you are new to VOIP, and want to have a great first experience, choose VoIPo. You won't be dissapointed.
I getting close to my renewal time, and have been looking to see if there was another provider with any better pricing. If that is possible. I have been paying a little over $8/month for Unlimited minutes, so the few hiccups I have had with my phone service is well worth it. I also make several International calls a month, and now love the fact that I get 60 International minutes each month included with my plan. I now don't even worry about those costs. I have had to call their support a few times over the term of my plan, and have fairly happy with the attitude of the reps and how quickly the issues were resolved. After looking around, I think it's pretty much gauranteed that I will renew with Phone Power for my home phone service. As far as VoIP companies go, I don't see too many options that give the same price.
I signed up for ViaTalk, and received the free second year. I do have to say that there have been some issues over the time that I have been with them, but you kind of have to expect them when you are using VoIP. I am still on the fence about renewing at this point due to the periodic outages and low level of tech support. If these two aspects of their VoIP service improve over the end of my contract, I will most likely stay.
